Brave-[1]possessing or exhibiting courage,[2]making a fine appearance
Single Vineyard Sparkling Pinot Noir, made in the traditional manner as in Champagne. Hand picked fruit was whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented, where it remained on lees for one year. The wine was then fermented in bottle and disgorged after eight months of meticulous riddling. A fresh nose of cherries and strawberry, with toasty characters adding complexity and charm. A rich mousse of lovely pinot fruit fills the palate through a long dry finish.
